VPC Community Portal

Connect. Participate. Access. Contribute.

The VPC Community Portal is your online hub for what’s happening across VPC — including #VPCLive Events, Podcasts, our Resource Library, research opportunities and more.

Designed and developed for parents, carers, educators, and the wider community. The Portal makes it easy to connect, participate, access and contribute to valuable resources.

Our community

It Takes a Village

Education opens doors at every stage of life. From birth through adulthood, our learning experiences shape not only careers, but also our confidence, relationships, and opportunities. But this growth is never a solo journey—it flourishes with guidance, encouragement, and community.

At the Victorian Parents Council (VPC), we bring together the “village” that supports children and families: parents, carers, grandparents, educators, and businesses who share a commitment to children’s learning and wellbeing.

We warmly welcome you to join our vibrant online community—connect, share, and be part of the collective voice supporting families in education.

“The beauty of community is that it turns strangers into family and classrooms into second homes.”

— The Victorian Parents Council

FAQs

What is the VPC Community Portal and who is it for?

The VPC Community Portal is your online hub for #VPCLive Events, Podcasts, Resources, research opportunities and more. It's designed for parents, grandparents, carers, educators and the wider community.

Is registration free and what do I get?

Yes. Registration is free and gives you access to available free Resources, E-News, Blogs, Podcasts, research and Six Pillars Resources. A free account is required to access content.

How do I join the VPC Community Portal?

Simply create a free account and set up your individual Portal login. You can then choose whether to remain on the free tier, purchase an individual resource or subscribe.

What does the $25 annual subscription include?

The annual subscription provides access to VPC Resources, the Video On-Demand Library and complimentary entry to #VPCLive Events* during your subscription year, plus your personal event coupon.

Can I access just one Resource without subscribing?

Yes. Pay-per-Resource* lets you unlock an individual Resource for 7 days from $15 incl. GST. There is no subscription or renewal.

Do subscribers receive event discounts?

Yes. Subscribers receive a personal coupon each year and subscriber pricing on paid Special Events, with the discount applied automatically at checkout when signed in.

How do I pay, and will I receive a receipt?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices include GST, and any card surcharge is shown before payment. A tax receipt is emailed immediately and is also available from your dashboard.

Can schools or parent groups join?

Yes. Schools and parent groups can contact VPC about group arrangements. Individual accounts are still created for each parent so everyone has their own dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current paid term.

What happens when my subscription ends, and is it tax deductible?

When your subscription ends, your account returns to the free tier. Your profile, starred items and E-News remain available, while subscription-only resources lock until you renew. Subscription fees aren't tax deductible.
