Event tickets
Paid event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event starts (some events may set a different cutoff, shown on the event page). After the cutoff, tickets aren't refundable. For online events, every registrant receives a personal replay link after the event, valid for 30 days — whether or not they attended.
If a technical fault on our side stops an event or replay you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right with a replay, replacement access or a refund.
Pay-per-resource
Pay-per-resource purchases unlock immediately for their stated access window (typically 7 days) and aren't refundable once accessed. If a technical fault stops you accessing what you paid for, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Membership
Subscription fees are refundable in full within 14 days of first purchase if you haven't used subscription-only content. You can cancel any time from your dashboard — cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid term.
